Once you have reserved transport with us, when you arrive at LAX please follow the below protocol:

When ready for pick-up with luggage, please call or text 1-818-913-2136, upon which the driver will pick up at the middle curb passenger pick up curb right outside the baggage claim or arrivals area at your terminal, within 8 minutes or less. Please provide the letter and # of the concrete post closest to you (such as B1, etc).
