"We recently travelled to LA from Australia and pre-booked our transfers with Zippy before arriving. I could not find another shuttle company that could provide a booster seat for my son (I did not want to bring one from Australia). We were picked up at LAX and taken to our hotel in Anaheim. Then we used them again 3 times during our stay. Each time we were picked up on time by Ken in a lovely clean van. Provided with bottled water and lovely clean booster seat for my son. Ken was so friendly and great to chat to on our journeys. Very knowledgeable about LA and interesting. A genuinely nice person.
When one of our hotels didn't provide great customer service we rang Ken and he got us in touch with a local driver to take is to universal studios (as I couldn't take regular taxi due to being in a wheelchair).
